6 - 8 weeks before the start date will incur the loss of the bond

5 - 6 weeks before the start date will incur a 25% loss of the total cost of holiday

4 - 5 weeks before the start date will incur a 50% loss of the total cost of the holiday

2 - 4 weeks before the start date will incur a 75% loss of the total cost of the holiday

0 - 2 weeks before the start date will incur a 100% loss of the total cost of the holiday. 



​If any cancelled break is resold at the full cost, then you will be refunded in full minus a £25 admin charge. If it is sold at a reduced price you will be refunded the price it is resold at minus a £25 admin charge.


If for any reason Haven close the resort then we can offer you alternative dates or a refund.  A more expensive date will incur the extra price and a cheaper one will have the difference refunded. 


It is always advisable to take out independent travel/holiday insurance, as no refunds are given for any reason that may necessitate a holiday to be cancelled.

Terms and Conditions

1. The price of your holiday includes gas and electric but it doesn't include passes or bedlinen. Due to excessively rising gas and electric costs we kindly ask that all electric appliances and lights are switched off when not in use. Also as a safety concern and due to expense we ask that all gas and electric heating is switched off when the caravan is empty. 

2. The security bond of £50 is required to reserve your break and it is held until the caravan has been checked for damages and cleanliness. If any damages are found or excessive cleaning is required, which includes carpet cleaning due to stains or mud, the bond will be used to offset the costs. The £50 bond will also be kept if there are signs of smoking or vaping in any van or pets being in our non pet friendly caravans. 

3. We are unable to accept bookings from groups under 21 years of age - these are Haven rules.

4. Haven is a family park and anyone whose conduct seems unreasonable will be asked to leave by security with no refund given.

5. In order for the caravan to be cleaned and checked, departure from the caravan is before 10am. Keys must be returned to the key safe from where they were taken from. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the bond to replace the keys. Departures after 10am will incur a cost, unless you have booked and paid for a later check out. 

6. On the date of arrival keys will not be available before 3pm for the non pet friendly caravans and 4pm for the dog friendly caravan. Unless you have booked and paid for an earlier check in time. 

7. The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition. The lead guest is responsible for all members of the party and must make good any loses or breakages on a like for like basis. If any damages are found on arrival please let us know immediately, if we do not hear from you we will presume everything is okay. Any damage done to the caravan or it's contents during your stay will be repaired by the use of the security bond as stated in clause 2.  This includes any stains on soft furnishings, pillow protectors, mattress protectors and duvets. Also any excessive dog hair found on mattress protectors, pillow protectors and soft furnishings in our dog friendly caravan that takes the cleaner longer to clean will be charged for. The caravan has a vacuum, please use it. 

8. No pets, e cigarettes or smoking are permitted anywhere in the non pet friendly caravans, the bond will be forfeited for any indications of either having been in the caravan. In the dog friendly caravan, if dogs haven't been paid for and any are spotted in the van or there are signs of dogs having been in the van then the £50 bond will be retained. Likewise if there are any signs that smoking/vaping has taken place in the caravan the £50 bond will be retained.  

9. No electric car charging is allowed from the caravans, this is also an Haven policy. Electric readings are taken after every break, any signs of excessive electric usage due to electric car charging will result in the bond being retained to pay for the electric usage.  Also please be aware that caravan electrics can trip due low ampage and Haven charge a call out fee to fix it. 


10. Haven do not permit Pit Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro and Japanese Tosa dogs onto their parks. In our dog friendly caravan dogs are not allowed on the beds and we kindly ask that if possible they are not allowed on the seating and are not left alone in the caravan.  

10. Please do not leave the gas central heating on when the caravan is empty, this is a safety, technical and a cost issue. We also politely request that if heating is left on overnight that the boiler is placed on a lower temperature setting. In the dog friendly caravan there is no gas central heating but due to safety issues please do not leave the gas fire or the electric panel heaters on when the caravan is empty.  

11. Under no circumstances should a barbecue be lit on the decking of the non pet friendly caravan, the platform of the dog friendly caravan or on our outside wooden furniture. This is a safety issue due the combustible nature of plastic decking and wood.  

12. Some Haven facilities/entertainment may not be in operation during your stay. This is out of our control and therefore we cannot be held responsible.

13. The bond will be dispatched within 5 working days of your departure. It will be refunded by bank draft or paypal after all checks have been carried out. 

​14. Full payment for the holiday must be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday start date. Should you book your holiday less than 8 weeks to your start date then the full amount is payable. 

15. Holidays cannot be resold onto a third party and only individuals named on the booking form can stay in the caravan. Any breach of this will invalidate your booking and all parties will be asked to leave with no refund.  

16. If bedding is not purchased please remember to take your own as the lead guest will be held responsible for any stains, including make up stains, false tan, chocolate stains, food stains, blood and mud stains found on pillows, pillow protectors, quilts and mattress protectors. The cost of any excessive cleaning or replacement of such items will be deducted from the £50 bond.
